Who is the data controller?<\/strong>
\nLIFRA SL is the CONTROLLER of the USER\u2019s personal data and hereby informs you that these data will be processed pursuant to the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3\/2018, of 5 December (LOPDGDD).<\/p>\n

Why do we process your personal data?<\/strong>
\nTo maintain a commercial relationship with the USER. Processing will be performed for the following operations:
\n\u2013 Sending commercial advertising communications by e-mail, fax, SMS, MMS, social networks or any other digital or physical media, present or future, that allows commercial communications to be made. These communications will be issued by the CONTROLLER and will be related to its products and services, or those of its partners or suppliers, with which it has entered into a promotional agreement. In such cases, the third parties will never have access to the personal data.
\n\u2013 Carrying out market research and statistical analyses.
\n\u2013 Processing orders, responding to queries or any other type of request made by the USER by means of any of the forms of contact placed at their disposal on the CONTROLLER\u2019S website.
\n\u2013 Sending out the online newsletter about new products and services, offers and promotions in our activity.<\/p>\n

Why can we process your personal data?<\/strong>
\nBecause processing is lawful in accordance with article 6 of the GDPR as follows:
\n\u2013 With the USER\u2019S consent: sending commercial communications and the newsletter.
\n\u2013 For the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the CONTROLLER: carrying our market research, statistical analyses, etc. and processing orders, queries, etc. at the request of the USER.<\/p>\n

How long will we save your personal data?<\/strong>
\nThey will be stored for no longer than necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were processed or for as long as there are legal provisions that require them to be held, and when they are no longer necessary, they will be deleted with the appropriate security measures to ensure their anonymisation or total destruction.<\/p>\n

To whom do we provide your personal data?<\/strong>
\nYour personal data are not communicated to third parties except, if necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing, our communications service providers, with which the CONTROLLER has concluded the non-disclosure and data processor agreements required by the current privacy regulations in force.<\/p>\n

What are your rights?<\/strong>
\nThe USER\u2019S rights are:
\n\u2013 Right to withdraw consent at any time.
\n\u2013 Right of access, rectification and erasure of data, right to data portability, and the rights to object to and restrict the processing of their data.
\n\u2013 Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if they consider that the processing does not comply with the current regulations in force.<\/p>\n

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION SUPPLIED BY THE USER<\/strong><\/p>\n

The USERS, by checking the relevant boxes and entering their details in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or that appear in downloadable forms, expressly, freely, and unequivocally accept that the data are required in order for the service provider to respond to their request, it being optional to enter details in the other fields. The USER guarantees that the personal data supplied to the CONTROLLER are true and accurate and will be responsible for informing the CONTROLLER of any change to the same.<\/p>\n

The CONTROLLER states that all of the data requested via the website are obligatory, as such data are necessary for providing the USER with optimal service. In the event that not all of the data are supplied, it cannot be guaranteed that the information and services provided will fully meet the USER\u2019s needs.<\/p>\n

3. SECURITY MEASURES<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pursuant to the provisions in the current personal data protection regulations, the CONTROLLER complies with all of the provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD regulations for the processing of the personal data under its responsibility, and manifestly with the principles described in article 5 of the GDPR. The personal data are therefore processed in a lawful, honest and transparent manner with regards to the data subject, and in a way that is appropriate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary as regards the object for which they are being processed.<\/p>\n

The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented the appropriate technical and organisational policies for applying the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD for the purpose of protecting the rights and freedoms of the USERS, and that it has provided the latter with sufficient information to allow them to exercise said rights.<\/p>\n
